Things That Make Me Happy:

Books
Listening to Annie Mac
Playing the harp
Pamper days / getting my hair done
Taking photos
Dancing
Adventures by myself
Long walks with tea/hot choc at the end
Letters and postcards
Harry Potter
Candles
Notebooks
Drawing
Mornings with coffee and pretty sunlight
Skype calls with friends
Healthy meals
Fish oil capsules
Clean clothes
Meditation/Tai Chi/Yoga
Writing ideas/ essay plans instead of staring at screens all the time
Going home more often
Keeping in contact with family

Things To Try To Cut Out:

Late night laptop-ing/ facebook-ing
People who use emotional blackmail
'Lads'
People who are self-absorbed
Too much chocolate
Being so hard on myself
Actually, cut down on Facebook in general
Drinking (in excess)
Men
Punishing myself by sitting in the library for hours and achieving nothing
People who make you feel bad about myself
Worrying
Working late
Moaning/ bitching
Lying
Using people for comfort all the time and ending up in messy situations
Last minute-ness
Holding onto anger
Overthinking
Making assumptions

  1. good luck with the list of things to cut out! I started reducing my facebook usage since october and I can honestly say I feel so much better for it - I'm sure you will too!

    I hope in 2015 you find a lot more things to add to the list of things you like :)
