low golden sun filtering through half-open windows,
light breezes
the background hum of laughter - relaxed, yet excited - still glowing from the intense heat of the day
illuminating the lowest branches into a warm emerald
floating pollen, tickled by the rays of sun - seemingly small and insignificant
but beautiful
the intangibility of moments, nothing to hold onto
but everything to savour, bathing in happiness
often melancholic
Still fresh in the mind
unfinished personalities, delicate and fragile
suspended in limbo between lives
foreboding and excitement at the prospect of a new
reinvention
of themselves
